Content & Creative Designer

We are looking for a content professional with strong writing skills and a sharp visual eye to concept, plan and produce engaging content for our digital channels. This is a hands-on role focused on high-quality storytelling, visual execution and data-informed content development.
What You Will Do
- Concept and produce content and copy for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create clear, engaging and brand-aligned storytelling for different formats and audiences
- Produce and adapt globally created content for local market needs
- Support SEO and GEO actions to improve discoverability
- Track and analyze content performance and turn insights into concrete improvements
- Produce visuals and layouts for marketing and PR materials (e.g., catalogues, posters)
- Ensure all content is brand-consistent, high-quality and aligned with our visual identity and tone of voice
Preferred tools: Photoshop, Canva, Klaviyo, Adobe tools
What You Bring
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills: you write clearly, creatively and in line with our brand voice
- Good visual sense and the ability to produce simple but high-quality layouts and graphics
- Strategic understanding of marketing and the ability to reflect this in content and storytelling
- Basic understanding of SEO and GEO, or strong motivation to develop in this area
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable measuring performance, interpreting results and applying insights to improve content
- Hands-on, proactive and collaborative way of working
- Ability to move smoothly between planning, creating and executing content
Who You Are
- You have at least 2–3 years of experience in content creation, either working in-house for a brand or at a marketing or creative agency
- You have a genuine passion for the wellbeing industry
- You enjoy working as part of a team and bring a positive, collaborative attitude
- You are proactive, curious and eager to grow in your role
- You communicate clearly and take ownership of your work
- You work fluently in Swedish and English

- The role is a parental leave substitution lasting approximately one year. The position is full time.
- Our office is located on Lilla Essingen in Stockholm, and we hope you can join us on-site a few days a week — we genuinely want you to feel part of our community.
- The role will start as soon as the right candidate is found, ideally around February 2026.
